The name of the Club shall be: Rivoli Garden Club.
The objective of the Club shall be to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening, to aid in the protection of native growth, and to encourage home, civic, and state beautification.
ARTICLE III ~ Membership
The Membership shall consist of Active, Honorary, and Non-Resident Members.
ARTICLE IV ~ Officers and Board of Directors
Section I
The Officers shall be: President, First Vice President, Second Vice President, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer.
Section II
The Board of Directors shall be composed of the above-mentioned officers, the immediate past President, and the Parliamentarian.
ARTICLE V ~ Amendments
The Constitution and By-Laws may be amended provided notice has been given in writing to the President at a previous meeting.
